Adesuwa is one of the MTV vj search contestant and we are rooting for her. We asked Adesuwa to tell us some things about herself.

Tell us about yourself.

My name is Adesuwa Ero

I am 25years old.

The last of four children and the only girl.

I just concluded my masters program in development practice.

I currently work as a Senior Researcher for a University in Canada.

I am also a part-time radio show host.

I consider myself a simple and fun loving person.

I don’t have that many friends, but the ones I do have are very dear to my heart.

What do you enjoy?

My hobby is reading, and I find myself reading all types of stuff.

I love to learn, so I listen to all types of news either on TV, radio or online.

I love interacting with people – hence my interest in presenting.

I love working out (fitness) however I can’t say I have done much of that in the last four months due to travelling and laziness.

My friends consider me a person that takes life too seriously, in my defence I just like to excel at whatever I commit myself to. So when its time to be serious, I don’t welcome distractions.

I love indomie to a fault.

I don’t go out very often but when I do, I am all out to have fun.

I love fashion and style – I will use my last money to buy clothes than feed myself.

I am a self-admitted avid TV series watcher, this is my addiction!

I don’t think I am a crazy loud person, but can act silly depending on my audience.

Tell us what you love about yourself

I am very confident in my skin. I see my color as a door opener for me, it sets me apart and I love it.

I am dogged and tenacious, I don’t give up easily even when things are not looking pretty or encouraging, I keep going till I achieve. You know most times, people only see the product and not the process. I put in a lot of work into things I want.

I smile a lot, even when things are not going as planned. I like to be the rock people can rely on. So even when I am hurting, I choose to be the strong one for others.

I am an organizer, I am that girl that works with a calendar and ‘to do’ list – so if I don’t have you on my daily planner, I don’t think of you. Its not personal, just a life style.

My best bible verse, 2 Corinthians 12:9 – Each time he said, “My grace is all you need, my power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weakness so that the power of Christ can work through me. In other words, what the world considers my weakness, I call my strength. I walk around with my head up high and be assertive as required.
